Have your invoice ready, and picture of products. Contact our sales either by email or phone.
- The invoice has to be within 6 month of date, due to the constant increase in merchandise value, invoices that are older than 6 monthes will not be valid.
- Picture of actual item is help us to see if the product is indeed the same item we carry. The quality differences in item may cause the price differences.
- If it is exactly same item that we carry, same quality, and you are able to show proof of purchase of item; we will beat their prices, if we are unable to beat it, we will match the price of item. In most cases, we will be able to beat their prices at least min of 5%-10%.
- Pictures even sometimes are hard to tell see if it made of plastic or glass or some mixed material, so we may need you to send the item in, or bring the item in. In most cases, we are able to tell from pictures.
